Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how HuntersAlgo ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit huntersalgo.com or use our trading algorithm software.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide our service:

• Email address — provided when you subscribe via Whop or use the License Portal to retrieve your key.
• Hardware ID (HWID) — collected by the trading strategy software to enforce per-device license limits. This is a one-way hash of your machine identifiers and cannot be used to personally identify you.
• License key — your HUNT-XXXX key, used to validate your subscription status.
• Usage data — anonymous website analytics (page views, session duration) via Cloudflare Web Analytics. No personally identifiable information is collected.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To validate your subscription and activate your license
• To enforce device limits and prevent unauthorised use
• To respond to support requests
• To send important product updates (only if you have an active subscription)

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Whop — handles all payments and subscriptions. Their Privacy Policy applies to payment data.
• Cloudflare — provides CDN, DDoS protection, and privacy-focused analytics. No cookies are set by Cloudflare Analytics.
• Discord — our community server. Your Discord usage is governed by Discord's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's servers. See Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies:

• Cookie consent preference — stored in localStorage to remember your choice. Not transmitted to any server.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — used on the License Portal to prevent automated abuse. This may set a temporary session cookie.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing cookies.

5. Data Retention

License and email data is retained for the duration of your active subscription and up to 90 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems. Whop retains payment data per their own retention policy.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights:

• Right to access the personal data we hold about you
• Right to request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to request deletion of your data
• Right to withdraw consent at any time

7. Data Security

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS. License validation requests are signed with HMAC-SHA256 to prevent tampering. We do not store payment card details — all billing is handled by Whop.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
