1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing huntersalgo.com or using any HuntersAlgo trading strategies (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

HuntersAlgo provides automated trading strategies for NinjaTrader 8 and TradingView. Strategies are delivered as software that runs within your trading platform and executes trades based on predefined logic. Access is provided through a subscription managed by Whop.

3. Subscription and Licensing

• Access to strategies requires an active subscription through Whop. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the strategies.
• Each subscription is limited to a set number of devices based on your plan. Device limits are enforced through hardware ID (HWID) registration.
• You may not share, redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any HuntersAlgo strategy code.
• We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these terms, including unauthorized sharing or abuse of the licensing system.

4. No Financial Advice

HuntersAlgo strategies are tools for automated trade execution. They are not financial advice. Nothing on this website or in our software should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

Past performance, including backtest results, does not guarantee future results. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

5. Risk Disclosure

Futures and derivatives trading carries a high level of risk. Automated strategies can experience losses, slippage, connectivity failures, and other issues that may result in financial loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and account management. HuntersAlgo does not manage accounts, place trades on your behalf, or guarantee any trading outcomes.

6. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and trading platform configuration.
• You are responsible for ensuring that strategy settings (position size, stop loss, session times, etc.) are appropriate for your account size and risk tolerance.
• You must monitor your trading account and strategies. Automated does not mean unattended.

7. Intellectual Property

All strategy code, algorithms, documentation, website content, and branding are the property of HuntersAlgo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HuntersAlgo and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, data loss, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep our Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, platform changes, or events beyond our control may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Whop. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, abuse of the licensing system, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your license to use the strategies ends immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
