Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HuntersAlgo software, website, and services ("Service") provided by HuntersAlgo ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing a subscription or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Our Service is not available to residents of jurisdictions where automated trading software is prohibited.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are managed and billed through Whop. By subscribing, you agree to Whop's Terms of Service and payment terms in addition to these Terms. Key billing terms:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time through your Whop dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Free trials, where available, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

3. License Grant

Upon payment of the applicable subscription fee, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the HuntersAlgo trading strategy software for your personal trading activities. This license is subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or share your license key with any other person.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any strategy file.
• Each license key is limited to the number of devices specified by your plan. Use on additional devices requires additional subscriptions.
• The license is for personal use only — commercial redistribution or resale of signals is strictly prohibited.

4. Risk Disclaimer and No Guarantee of Profit

Trading futures contracts involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Past performance of HuntersAlgo is not indicative of future results.
• Automated trading does not guarantee profits and can result in significant losses, including losses exceeding your initial deposit.
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions, positions, and outcomes resulting from the use of our software.
• We are not a licensed financial adviser, broker, or investment manager. Nothing on our website or in our software constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.
• You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including securities laws in your jurisdiction.
• Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or any other prohibited trading practice.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, APIs, or servers.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All HuntersAlgo strategy files, source code, documentation, website content, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of HuntersAlgo. Your subscription grants you a limited license to use the software, not ownership of it. Any unauthorised copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your license and legal action.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license key will be deactivated and you will lose access to all strategy files. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees.

You may terminate your subscription at any time by cancelling through your Whop account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from bugs. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HuntersAlgo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or trading losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HuntersAlgo and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your trading activities.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HuntersAlgo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via our Discord community. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
