Refund Policy

Every billing option starts with a 3-day free trial. A payment method is required at signup via Whop, but nothing is charged on day 0. Your subscription renews on day 3 unless you cancel before then.

If you decide HuntersAlgo is not for you during the trial, cancel the membership from your Whop dashboard before the day-3 renewal timestamp. Cancellation through Whop is two clicks and does not require a support ticket. Your access continues through the end of the trial window.

You can cancel at any time from your Whop dashboard. There is no cancellation fee, no save flow, and no requirement to contact support. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period — if you paid for the year, you keep access for the year you paid for.

We preserve your strategy configurations, license bindings, and account history for 90 days after a subscription lapses. If you resubscribe inside that window, your previous setup is restored. After 90 days, configurations may be archived and you would start fresh on resubscription.

All sales after the trial are final per Whop’s terms. The 3-day trial is your evaluation window — install on NinjaTrader 8 or TradingView, run a backtest, paper-trade a session, and decide before the renewal posts. We do not offer routine money-back refunds because the trial exists for exactly this reason.

If a HuntersAlgo strategy fails to install, compile, or run for you during the trial, open a ticket from the contact page and we will fix it before the renewal date or extend your trial while we investigate. That is the remedy — we want you to know whether the product works for you before the charge posts.

Disputes about strategy performance (drawdown, win rate, losing streaks) are not refund eligible. Backtests are documented as hypothetical performance, and the disclosures spell out the standard CFTC futures-trading risk language. Trading futures involves substantial risk and HuntersAlgo does not guarantee any trading outcome.

This page does not change the legal language in our Terms of Service or Disclosures. It is a plain-language summary so you can decide quickly whether the offer is acceptable. Where this page and the Terms differ, the Terms govern.
